Payments:
We will combine shipping whenever possible. Please request an invoice if you want a combined total. We don’t always spot over payments and we don’t want you to feel that you’ve been overcharged.
Please pay within 7 days except by prior arrangement. We will file with ebay to reclaim our costs on unpaid items.
Shipping Costs:
We will combine shipping where ever we can, please ask us or request an invoice if you’re not sure. Please note sell sheets cannot be combined with other items.
Please do not purchase several items and pay for them all separately this causes no end of headaches especially if you later decide you wanted to combine shipping.
We dispatch items on a Monday and a Thursday. If you need your item really urgently please drop us an email and we will try and help.
Delivery Times:
Please be aware that the post office are extremely incompetent.
UK items should be delivered in 1-2 days but it is possible for them to take longer. We will consider an item lost after 14 days and replace or refund at this point.
International items should be delivered in 5-7 days but it is possible for them to take up to 28 days, we really don’t understand why. We will consider and item lost after 28 days and replace or refund at this point.
If you are concerned please purchase the tracked option Special Delivery/International Tracked. We have never (fingers crossed) had an item get lost using these two methods.
