Incorrect or Damaged Goods:
We try our hardest not to make mistakes but we’re only human and occasionally mistakes do happen. In the rare instance that this happens please email us and tell us the problem. Unfortunately we’re not blessed with psychic powers so we need to be told that there’s something wrong. Leaving a rant on our feedback doesn’t help anyone, please talk to us. We will always try and correct any problem.
Unwanted or mistakenly purchased Items:
We operate the standard ebay 14 day returns policy, please return the items to us exactly as they have been shipped. Items that have had parts removed or been damaged by you will not be refunded.
We will only refund the cost of the item. If you simply changed your mind then we will retain the p&p that we’ve paid out.
